The concept idea for my model is to create a room of isolation. A small square room with a high 20ft ceiling with a hole on the top and bottom creating a unique light and sound experience. Now that my model is placed on a site, I wanted to create a private room for viewing the river. It will be placed at the top next to the railroad tracks. The pathway with its long hypnotizing beams demonstrates extension as you travel to the room. The long pathway facing the river has the illusion of being suspended in air and also looks like a frame. Once in the room, the persons back will be facing the wall being able to see everything in front, not having the fear of being approached from behind. With little lighting coming from the small opening at the top, the big 10’ x 8’ opening will be the main viewing attraction
