Objective
-Small roof = brings cost down
-Eliminate seats down the line, places fans closer to the action
-Create unique seating/features in the park
-Divide the stadium into 4 zones; grandstand, left corner, right corner, and outfield
-Make Homeplate entrance important
-Versatile model, adaptable to location
